Return And Refund Policy

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will be refunded in full. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept the return of the products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the correct address.


Custom or personalized items are not eligible for a 14 day refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific charges should be based on the express company you choose.

If, for our reasons, the received goods are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason.

No restocking fees payable by consumers for the return of a product;

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you a receipt notice. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank.
